We like that this book introduces yoga poses to little ones in a format that helps them get ready to start their day. Yoga is an uplifting practice, and although children might not have very tight muscles, it’s an engaging practice that helps them start a healthy routine, move with their breath, and sets them up to have a good day. We also love the cute scenes and the thoughtful lyrical words that help little ones transition in the poses.
