This Ukulele Starter Kit is made by Kala, one of the most recognized Ukulele brands in the world with very high ratings. Included in this Learn to Play Ukulele Kit is a 4-string, classic style, soprano (small-sized), light mahogany stain Ukulele, online lessons, Kala ukulele app with tuner, Kala logo tote bag, and a How to Play Ukulele Quick Start Booklet. The Soprano size makes a higher pitch sound than a classic concert ukulele and it is also smaller in size. It is tuned to G C E A. Note that this is not a ‘toy’ ukulele, but a real, tunable, beginner ukulele, an instrument that bost children and adults can (and do) play. The instrument is made of wood. Great for all ages. We recommend the Kala Classic Soprano Sized Ukulele for children ages 6-9, since it is smaller than the Classic Ukulele Starter Kit. For children ages 3-5, we recommend a Hape Ukulele Toy.
